The people behind the protection
Cyber Overwatch was founded by Anthony Upward, a specialist in electronic warfare, counter-surveillance and technical security. Anthony was among the first professionals appointed to the NCSC Cyber Advisor scheme. Supporting Waterproofs & Wellies
We spend much of our working lives in the technical world, but we believe something equally important is worth saying plainly: technology matters, and so does time away from screens and devices, especially for children.
That belief drew us to The Outdoor Guide Foundation and its Waterproofs & Wellies programme.
The programme provides waterproof coats, overtrousers and wellington boots to state primary schools across the UK. By removing a simple but significant practical barrier, it helps more children learn, play and experience nature whatever the weather.
