Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Free Entry: This is a free prize draw. Enter by signing up via the official competition page. Only one entry per person is allowed. We reserve the right to disqualify entries suspected of using multiple email addresses, fake details, or automated methods. 2. Eligibility Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Entries from outside the UK are not valid. Employees of The Outdoor Guide, ICE, National Trust, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 3. Competition Dates Entries close at 11:59pm on Sunday 12th October 2025. Entries received after this deadline will not be included in the draw. 4. Winner Selection One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days or cannot provide valid UK contact details, an alternative winner may be selected. 5. The Prize The prize is an ICE Trike session for up to Two people at a participating National Trust cycle-hire location. The trike session must be taken during 2025. Dates and times are subject to availability at the chosen National Trust location. Some National Trust cycle hire sites are only open on certain days and times – it is the winner’s responsibility to check in advance and to book ahead. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 6. Prize Fulfilment ICE will work with the winner to arrange booking and prize acceptance. We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or closures beyond our control. 7. Data Use By entering, you agree to join The Outdoor Guide and ICE mailing lists for prize fulfilment and marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time. 8. Publicity The winner’s name and general location (e.g. town or county) may be announced on The Outdoor Guide website and social channels. By entering, you consent to this publicity. 9.
