With its traditional bar, wavy floors, beamed ceilings and roaring fire, The Masons offers a warm welcome to walkers after a long day in the fells. You’ll find an elegant dining room upstairs, two cottages and five suites if you fancy staying longer, plus a terrace with views spanning 15 miles across a quilt of fields – in some of the finest scenery in the southern Lakes.

Ashes can be interred here as well as burials.

The site is cared for as a hay meadow, hence the grass is allowed to grow long and cut periodically. Only simple flat headstones are permitted.

This detached, single storey cottage has been recently refurbished to offer a higher standard of accommodation for 6 people, with fantastic views over the North Norfolk countryside.

It benefits from ample parking right outside the cottage and level access throughout the cottage to the patio and lawn garden area at the back.

The open plan kitchen and dining space is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a low level hob unit, oven and some low level units integrated with normal height work surfaces. There is also a fridge, microwave and washer/drier. The central farmhouse dining table comfortably seats six.

Watch the sunset from the spacious living room complete with comfortable seating and TV/DVD player. Patio doors open out onto the garden seating area where you can soak up the view.

There are three bedrooms, one double room and two twin rooms. The double and larger twin rooms share access to a large roll-in shower room with bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin.

It is fully centrally heated and has its own enclosed garden and patio area.
